Wisdom Tooth Removal

A 70 year old male patient with severe sharp pricking pain in left upper back tooth region. He is a known diabetic and hypertensive and also apprehensive

Examination

• Dental caries with apical periodontitis 28
• Added to it it was buccally tilted firm tooth with limited mouth opening

Treatment

• After confirming the blood sugar and pressure level are normal extraction planned.
• Patient was clearly explained about the procedure step by step
• Procedure was carried out as fast as possible as painless as it could be
• Extraction of 28 done under local anesthesia
